Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 24.11.2022 granting interim bail, an amount of Rs.25,000/- has been paid to the complainant vide demand draft No.003277 dated 29.11.2022, a copy of which is placed on record.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 24.11.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation, and is no longer required for the purpose.
