Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 10.10.2023 (Annexure P-2) and take necessary action, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found involved in any illegal activity and/or in violation of any law qua which the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
