Present petition has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 04.10.2008 passed in CWP-48862023 through a Special Power of Attorney, photocopy of which is appended with the petition as Annexure P-6. A perusal of the Special Power of Attorney reveals that the same is on a plain paper and the person who is a resident of Canada executed it in Canada. The Special Power of Attorney has not been embossed from the Embassy concerned. As per Objection Code No.10 in the check-list of this Court for filing the petitions, Special Power of Attorney and other documents attached with the case executed abroad should be duly JITENDER KUMAR 2025.08.26 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
