Mr. Garuav Gupta, Advocate for the respondent. *** Learned counsel for the respondent states that as per his instructions that since the matter has been compromised between the parties, petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by respondent Somnath against the present applicant Poonam @ Payal Sodhi has since been withdrawn and both the spouses have filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking divorce by mutual consent, which is pending before Family Court at Ambala. In view of his such statement, the present application seeking transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
