Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the present Writ petition is disposed off with a direction that a decision be taken on his representation dated 16.12.2022 which has been appended with the present writ petition as Annexure P-6. 2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Mohindergarh at Narnaul to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) within a period of three months from today by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.
