Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for directing official respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take appropriate action against respondent No. 5.

Although there is no formal notice of motion in this case, but learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, has apprised the Court that as on today respondent No. 5 is no more. She further apprised that representation of petitioner was duly examined by the quarter concerned but the same is found to be without any substance and it has been ultimately consigned. 3.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued in this case.
