(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer Mr. Akshdeep Mahajan, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cumAdditional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandigarh, against whom the petitioner had a grouse, has since been transferred to some other place. It being so, the application has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that two applications had been moved in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandigarh, which have not been disposed of so far and the case has been fixed for rebuttal and arguments and BANITA CHUGH 2018.12.05 16:33 I am the author of this document
