The present appeal pertains to the year 2022. Repeatedly the case has been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant on one ground or the other. Today, again, the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
