(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.183 dated 05.10.2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Modal Town, Ludhiana along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.
