**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for seeking quashing of FIR No.17 dated 09.03.2016, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Raikot, District Ludhiana.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gulab Singh, Police Station Jagron, Ludhiana, submits that the petitioner stands convicted vide judgment dated 28.10.2022 passed by the court of learned JMIC, Jagraon, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
