The present appeal pertains to the year 2019 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. However, since the matter has been taken up for the first time after 20.02.2020, keeping in view the intervening circumstances created due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellants to argue the matter, failing which the present appeal shall be dismissed for nonprosecution.
