Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.4 dated 02.08.2024 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Sections 468 and 471 IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing Chandigarh.

By virtue of order dated 02.12.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.
Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagpal Singh, Police Station Economic Offence Wing Chandigarh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. CRM-M-50739-2024 (O&M) Bank is in the process of auctioning the property in question. 6.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 02.12.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
