(ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 18.07.2017 vide which respondent No.2 has been directed to decide the application/representation by passing a speaking order. Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the order has been complied with by passing a speaking order dated 17.01.2018, Annexure R-2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 17.01.2018 in accordance with law.
