RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 26.07.2017, Annexure P-19, passed by Financial Commissioner Revenue, Punjab, Chandigarh, order dated 15.05.2014, Annexure P-17, passed by Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar, order dated 02.03.2009, Annexure P-15, passed by Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amritsar-I, and order dated 14.03.2008, Annexure P-13, passed by Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector Grade-I, Amritsar. It has been fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that civil suit, as contended by learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 10 for the same cause of action, is pending, He submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances before the Court, where civil suit is pending.
