The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.69 dated 16.11.2022 under Sections 498-A, 406, 420, 509, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Women Police Station Manesar District Gurugram (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and the main petition itself stands decided and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
