The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and to restrain the private respondents No.4 to 8 not to harass or interfere in the life of the petitioners. 2.
Vide order dated 20.02.2024, bailable warrants had been issued against the petitioners. However, it has been reported that the same could not be executed and the statement of the parents of petitioner No.2 had been recorded that they are not aware about the whereabouts of the petitioners. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for respondents No.6 to 8 who are the brother and parents of petitioner No.1 have submitted that, in fact the parents of petitioner No.2 are very well aware about the whereabouts of the children.

In light of the above, since the petitioners are not coming forth, the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the respondents-authorities to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 6.
Bailable warrants issued vide order dated 20.02.2024 hereby stand cancelled.
