(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment dated 02.06.2017 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Hisar in MNT Case No. 538-III of 2016 titled as 'Chander vs. Balbir Singh and another' whereby in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondent, interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/-p.m. was allowed. The present revision petition pertains to the year 2017. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice in the delay application was issued on 10.11.2017. However, none had put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. The matter was adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 23.10.2017. On the last date of hearing i.e. 17.12.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
