The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondent No.4 to consider his representation dated 29.09.2023 (Annexure P-6). 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is operating petrol pump since 2001 and respondent Corportation-HPCl has allotted petrol pump to Jitender Singh-respondent No.5 which is adjoining to petrol pump of the petitioner. The distance between both the petrol pumps is less than prescribed distance.
