*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of order dated 24.11.2022, the land has been demarcated and thus, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. However, a copy of the demarcation report has not been supplied.

In view of the submission made, writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. A copy of the demarcation report be supplied to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
