The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for entrustment of investigation in the case of FIR No.323 dated 17.09.2022, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, to an independent investigation agency like Central Bureau of Investigation or Vigilence. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
