(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of impugned order dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure P-3), vide which, the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person in Criminal Complaint No.NACT/6998-2019 dated 01.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) titled as Sh. Rajneesh Kumar vs Lokesh Kumar, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and the file has been ordered to be consigned to the record room by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
