The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 14.02.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-20384-2021 and undertaking given by way of an affidavit dated 14.02.2022 before the Division Bench of this Court, whereby respondents-HSVP has stated that due publication will be done with respect to proposed plan of depositing compensation in the entire State of Haryana so that land owners can be awarded with respect to deposit of compensation as per the schedule and the matter was adjourned to 17.03.2022.

COCP-4357-2025 (O&M) -2Division Bench of this Court in CWP-20384-2021, status report by way of affidavit dated 17.12.2025 of Estate Officer-I, HSVP, Gurugram, along with Annexures R-1 and R-2, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 before the Registry. The same is taken on record. Along with the status report, a copy of order dated 02.05.2024 passed in CWP-20384-2021 has also been annexed as Annexure R-1, wherein the following order was passed:- "1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that since the compensation amount has been delivered to the land losers concerned, therefore, the instant petition becomes rendered infructuous, and, the same be disposed of as such. 2.

Ordered accordingly.

In view of the above, since order dated 14.02.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-20384-2021, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
