(Oral) Learned State counsel would point out that the present petition has been filed alleging disobedience of common order dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-5) disposing of the bunch of petition including CWP-119182021. It is further submitted that an intra court appeal has been preferred in the said writ petition, i.e. CWP-11918-2021, along with an application seeking stay of operation of the impugned judgment, which is pending before the Letters Patent Bench.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of at this stage, while reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek revival upon disposal of the said LPA or in case no stay order is passed in the said LPA, even after lapse of three months from today, whichever is earlier.
