(Oral) By way of moving the present application under Section 24 CPC, applicant - Sushila, aged about 24 years, estranged wife of Naveen Kumar-respondent, presently residing with her parents at village Dhareru, Tehsil and District Bhiwani, on account of marital dispute between the spouses, is seeking transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by her husband against her, having title 'Naveen Kumar vs. Smt. Sushila' pending in the Court of District Judge, Narnaul, District Mohindergarh, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Bhiwani.
Notice of the application was given to the respondent, who has appeared through counsel.

TA No. 808 of 2018 -2I have heard learned counsel for the parties, besides going through the record.
Learned counsel for the respondent in all fairness has stated that she does not oppose the request for transfer. Accordingly, the application is accepted. The petition in question pending in the court of District Judge, Narnaul, District Mohindergarh, is withdrawn from that Court and transferred to the Court of District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, for disposal in accordance with law. Parties through counsel are directed to appear there on 7.3.2019.
Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that a direction be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the petition in question.
Expeditious disposal is right of every litigant. It is hoped and expected that the trial Court would make earnest endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously.
A copy of the order be sent to the Courts concerned, for information and necessary compliance.
