Vide order dated 05.11.2019 notice of motion was issued. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on numerous dates by order. On 18.07.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner. On 10.04.2024 it has been noticed in the order that notices issued to the respondents had not been received back served or otherwise and fresh notice was directed to be issued to respondent No.1 dasti only. On 30.05.2024 the following order was passed : "As per the office report, dasti notices handed over to the petitioner for service of respondent No.1 have not been received back served or otherwise.
It has been noticed that this revision petition is pending for the last 5 years.
The respondent is Principal of DAV School, Beri, District Jhajjar.
Last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to serve the notice of the petition on respondent No.1 for 25.07.2024, however, if the petitioner fails to complete the service, the revision petition shall be deemed to have been Yogesh Sharma 2024.08.24 09:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

Thereafter on 25.07.2024 it has been noticed that dasti notices had not been received back served or otherwise and the learned counsel for the petitioner did not attend the case despite the matter being called thrice. Service till date remains incomplete inasmuch as dasti notices have still not been handed over to the Registry. On a query put by the Court as to why dasti notices have not been filed in the Registry, the learned counsel states that the same were not served.

In view of the order dated 30.05.2024, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
