RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents No.2 and 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family from the hands of respondents No.6 to 14. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 03.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Kirpal Singh Thakur, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4, i.e. Deputy Commissioner of Police, NIT, Faridabad, that in case the petitioner files a detailed representation before him within fifteen days from today, then respondent No.4 would decide the same within a period of one month from the date of its receipt in accordance with law.
