This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 28.03.2025 passed in CWP-6966-2025. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions from ADA, Estate Office-II, Gurugram states that the plot has already been allotted to the petitioner and for the conveyance deed the petitioner has to apply online and deposit the stamp duty and thereafter, in accordance with the procedure prescribed, the conveyance deed would be registered. Learned counsel for the respondent has further pointed out that the costs of ₹1,00,000/- would be deposited in the account of the petitioner today positively.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present contempt petition is disposed off at this stage. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
