(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this petition against the order dated 25.01.2017 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rajpura, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Section 9 CPC and read with Sections 79 and 82 of the Punjab Cooperative Societies Act, 1961 read with Sections 5 and 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with regard to maintainability of the suit under Orders 34 and 38 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 was dismissed.
Vide order dated 19.04.2022, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. PRINCE SAINI 2022.12.19 18.05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CR No.2303 of 2017(O&M) Perusal of the reference dated 06.07.2022 made by the Mediator would indicate that parties have settled their dispute by way of settlement on certain terms and conditions and that is how, the case has been listed for today for appropriate orders.
As per settlement agreement executed between the parties on 06.07.2022, both the parties have signed the statement along with their Advocates. Mediator has also signed the same.
This writ petition is disposed of as such. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
