Perusal of order sheet shows that on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 27.09.2023 and 18.03.2024, the petitioner had gone unrepresented.

Today also for the 3rd time the petitioner has gone unrepresented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interest in pursuing the instant petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
