*** This is an application for transfer of divorce petition titled 'Simerjot Singh Vs. Jasdeep Kaur' pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala moved by applicant Jasdeep Kaur.

Learned counsel for the respondent in all fairness has stated that he has no objection if the application is accepted. Accordingly, the petition in question is ordered to be withdrawn from the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana and transferred to Family Court at Ambala for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 31.5.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana as well as to the Family Court at Ambala for information and necessary compliance.
