RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed impugning the order dated 06.08.2024, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, in FIR No.428, dated 09.12.2020, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 452, 307 IPC were added later on) at Police Station Division No.8, Ludhiana, whereby charge under Section 307 IPC has been framed without considering the actual facts and circumstances of the case. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to take all their pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Allowed as prayed for.
