Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to initially approach respondent No.4 - President, Shri Durgiana Tirath, Near Hathi Gate Chowk, Goal Bagh, Amritsar. 2.

Respondent No.4 - President, Shri Durgiana Tirath, Near Hathi Gate Chowk, Goal Bagh, Amritsar shall look into the matter and to examine the issue as is being raised by the petitioner and take necessary steps as deemed appropriate.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of complaint dated 19.9.2024 (Annexure P-2) be sent to respondent No.4 - President, Shri Durgiana Tirath, Near Hathi Gate Chowk, Goal Bagh, Amritsar for necessary compliance.
