Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the grievance as projected in the present petition, a representation dated 05.06.2025, Annexure P-3, has been submitted, which he states be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that Sandeep Kumar, DSP Vigilance is enquiring into the matter and shall decide the issue involved, expeditiously, in accordance with law and in case, anything found for granting protection, the same would be extended.
