**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to investigate fairly and properly in FIR No.346 dated 13.11.2021, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC, at Police Station Sector-17 Huda City, Jagadhri, District Yamunanagar.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in the present case a cancellation report has been prepared and filed before the Court concerned on 02.06.2022. He further submits that investigation in the present case was conducted in a fair, impartial and proper manner and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court Dismissed.
