Mr. Rajwant Singh Chahal, Advocate for the respondent. *** Learned counsel for the respondent states that as per his instructions petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by respondent Dr. Pulkit Bimal against the present applicant Dr. Surbhi has since been withdrawn since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and they have filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act for getting their marriage dissolve by a decree of divorce by mutual consent, the statement of the parties have been recorded on the first motion. He further submits that petition for quashing of the F.I.R. lodged by applicant against respondent and his family members on the basis of compromise has also been filed.

It being so, the petition transfer of which has been sought by the applicant has been withdrawn by the respondent as stated by learned counsel representing him, the application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
