(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing/setting aside of the impugned order dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-5), passed by the learned District Judge, Jalandhar, whereby the application for stay filed by the petitioners along with the appeal for staying the operation of judgment and decree dated 04.01.2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalandhar, was dismissed. It is further prayed that during the pendency of the present revision petition, the operation of judgment and decree dated 04.01.2025 be stayed.

Mr. Teginder Singh, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent No.1-Union Bank of India and accepts notice. He submits that no execution petition in respect of judgment and decree dated 04.01.2025 has been filed by the petitioners, till date. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.1 and prays that, in the circumstances, a direction may kindly be issued to the learned District Judge, Jalandhar to decide petition bearing No.CA-105-2025 at the earliest. 5.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, as well as the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. The learned District Judge, Jalandhar, is directed to decide petition bearing No.CA-105-2025, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 6.
