Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.16 dated 17.03.2021, under Sections 307, 302, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.
