By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the final list of Zone and Voters, Annexures P-2 and P-4, issued by respondent No.5, regarding Zone No.10.

Counsel representing respondent No.5, submits that the term of the Board of Directors of Rohtak Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Rohtak, has expired on 09.11.2024, and the instant writ petition has become infructuous. He has also placed on record a copy of order dated 06.11.2024, issued by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana, to submit that the fresh election of the Managing Committee of the Rohtak Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Rohtak, has been fixed for 15.12.2024.
