Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction for fair and impartial investigation/inquiry, as police Department is not taking any action on the application moved by the petitioner. 2.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have already given a complaint, dated 11.09.2024 (Annexure P-1), to respondent No.2, but the same has not been decided as yet.
