ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition, to enable the petitioner to pursue the representation dated 06.08.2023 (P-12) as also the legal notice dated 18.09.2023 (P-13), the respondent authorities are alleged to have been served with.

Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. T.S. Sidhu, Advocate, for respondent No.4, is present in Court. He submits that in the event of any such representation/legal notice is pending, the same shall be taken cognizance of by the competent authority. And necessary orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed thereon, within a period of four weeks from today, after affording a hearing to the petitioner. In the wake of the above and as prayed for, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
