1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application filed by him seeking stay of execution of the award in question has been pending before the Court concerned since the last 3 years and has not been decided till date.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Bathinda to ensure that the aforesaid stay application, in case still pending, is dealt with expeditiously and is disposed of in accordance with law.

3. A copy of this order be sent to learned Additional District Judge, Bathinda for necessary compliance.
