(Oral) The present petition preferred under Section 482 CrPC, the petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No.243 dated 15.10.2022 registered under Sections 306 and 34 of the IPC at Police Station Pillu Khera, District Jind, Haryana and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar submits that challan in the present case has already been presented in the Court. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition at this stage with a prayer that he be given liberty to take up all pleas before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage.
