 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for modification of the impugned order dated 07.08.2019 (P4) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, whereby revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed whereas the revision of the other side was partly allowed without there being any observations that the same shall not effect on the merits of the case. Since the prayer is innocuous, thus the same is accepted. This petition is disposed off with a direction that order dated 07.08.2019 (P4) be not construed as an expression of any opinion on the merits of the case pending before learned trial Court and the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
