(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing the impugned FIR No.0121 dated 24.02.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 6 and 7 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Unregulated Development Act, 1963, at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat. 2.

As a cancellation report has been submitted on 20.04.2026, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
