**** JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner, a Public Limited Company, is registered as a dealer under the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003. The limited prayer, while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 07.11.2019, was for directing the Proper Officer, Kurukshetra (respondent No. 3) for issuance of a Declaration Form-'F' for stock transfers, the request for which had been wrongly denied vide impugned memo dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-12).

At the time of resumed hearing today, counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous, as the claimed relief has since been granted.

Dismissed as infructuous.
