H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Report received from the Mediation Centre is to the similar effect. The settlement/agreement has been forwarded to this Court, in terms of which the parties have agreed to part way amicably on certain terms and conditions and parties have agreed to withdraw the respective matrimonial cases filed against each other.
