***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.179 dated 09.09.2019, registered under Sections 61/1/14 of Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana.

At the time of issuance on notice of motion on 13.11.2019, the following order was passed:- "On request of learned State counsel, adjourned to 20.1.2020.

In the meanwhile, petitioners are directed to join investigation. In the event of arrest of GEETA RANI 2020.01.21 18:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-47217-2019 (O&M) -2petitioners, they be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. They shall abide by conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Photocopy of order be placed on connected case file."

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Malkeet Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for any further investigation of the case.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 13.11.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench is made absolute, however petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
