       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.39 dated 02.05.2018, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC, at Police station City-I, Malerkotla. Vide order dated 05.12.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.07.18 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-49654-2019 (O&M) -2the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 05.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
