Learned State counsel has submitted that there is a complaint against the petitioner and she is trying to hoodwink the authorities by using different names such as Sandeep Kaur at some times and at other times Sukhjot Kaur.

This averment is vehemently opposed by the counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the investigation of any complaint against her but should not be harassed at the hands of respondents-authorities.

In light of the above, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation of the complaint filed by respondent No. 6 against her and the authorities shall proceed in the matter, in accordance with law without harassing her.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 6.
