NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this second petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 for not harassing the petitioners qua investigation in case FIR No. 98 dated 30.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 498- A IPC at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, as the police is repeatedly calling and harassing the petitioners.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.
